Payment Assistance through the Navy's Credentialing Program Office/Navy COOL

If you are on active duty in the US Navy, you may qualify for payment assistance through the Navy's Credentialing Program Office/Navy COOL. Many ratings, jobs and occupations are eligible for funding of BICSI Certifications. If you qualify, Navy COOL will pay for the BICSI Certification application and exam fees. COOL is not authorized to pay for any training or training materials.
