The BICSI ICT Terminology Handbook, Version 2.0, has been updated to include several new ICT definitions, acronyms, standards and codes taken from our recently published ITSIMM, 7th edition, the TPMM, 1st edition, and our standards.

This compendium of terms, definitions, acronyms, symbols and more is relevant for anyone seeking a BICSI credential AND for those needing an on-the-job reference. BICSI’s updated Handbook continues to be a global product resulting from the joint effort of a team of seasoned ICT subject matter experts from across the globe.

Starting from a base of content used in BICSI’s technical publications, the international team expanded the scope to include material from the entire ICT industry. The end result is more than 300 pages of relevant and useful information sure to increase ICT professionals’ skill sets.
